Terms and Conditions for Custom-Made Hair Extensions & Wigs.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of human hair extensions from [Company Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. These Terms comply with applicable laws in UK, Europe and the USA.
2. Custom Orders
All products are custom-made according to your specifications. Due to the personalised nature of these goods, we do not offer returns or refunds, except in cases outlined in Section 4.
3. No Returns or Refunds Policy
• Final Sale: All sales are final once an order is placed and payment is received.
• Legal Compliance: Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and USA consumer protection laws, personalised and custom-made goods are exempt from the standard right to cancel or return.
• Exceptions: Returns or refunds are not offered unless the product is defective or the wrong item has been sent (see Section 4).
4. Defective or Incorrect Products

• Clear photos/videos showing the issue.
Upon review, if we confirm the issue, we may, at our discretion, offer one of the following:

• Colour and Texture Variations: Human hair is a natural product, and minor variations in colour, texture, and appearance are normal and not considered defects.
6. Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified due to the custom nature of the product, as production begins immediately.
7. Shipping and Delivery
• Delivery Times: While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
• Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once marked as delivered by the courier.
• International Orders: Customers outside the UK and USA are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their country.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the price of the purchased product. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your purchase.
9. Governing Law
