As of September 2021 and during the course of the ongoing worldwide pandemic, we are no longer able to accept any requests for returns. We hope to have your understanding of this change in policy.
All of our products are lovingly made by skilled staff to the greatest possible care and attention. We hope you love your hair extensions purchase. However, if for whatever reason you change your mind and you wish to return your item(s) . Please contact us in the first instance.
Your request for a return and exchange will be reviewed before a decision is made. In some circumstances, we will offer to exchange your order. We will however, like to add that our real human hair extensions are so beautiful that you will love what you receive and if there are any problems with colour or fitting [which is very rare] we will of course exchange your order for you.
Any item that is already in stock and has the next day shipping in the title and delivery information can be returned for a full refund as long as the hair extensions have not been opened and have not been used. They must be wrapped and sealed in the original packaging along with the original documents.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase which is included in your parcel and sent by email.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable);
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any in stock item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-7 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they were defective or damaged before they arrive to you. If you need to exchange your hair extensions, send us an email at for the return and exchange instructions.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should contact us for the return instructions.
Unless we have made an error with your order, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item so please send it back using a trackable and insured service.
