As soon as your order ships, we will send you a Delivery Confirmation email with your tracking information. This information is about the number of days for delivery - this does not include the hair extensions or wigs production time.

We do not ship orders out on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays. If your order requires additional information to proceed, we will be in touch by email or message.
