These hand made wigs can be worn for everyday or special occasions and can also be worn by people suffering from hair loss such as Alopecia, Trichotillomania and hair loss through Chemotherapy.
Made with a silk parting or lace parting section, this is the most natural looking wig hair parting compared to other wigs.
The strands of hair are individually hand tied into the closure area for a “flesh tone" parting. Double wefts can be used to build up the volume and density of the wig.
This custom made wig can be worn daily or sewn on as well as attached with clips (if required). Select from the options below to create your perfect custom made wig.
How To Order A Custom Made Wig
This is a bespoke wig making service, we can be as flexible as possible when creating your wig and you can schedule a free telephone consultation before you place your order. In the call, we will run through your requirements, various options and create your personalised product page for you to place your order.
However, If you are a seasoned wig wearer and happy to place your order through this listing, you can go ahead and do so including uploading a picture of the wig or hair colour you would like and writing your instructions.
Cap sizes vary from extra small to large, we allow for a stretch of 0.5" on each size. You can also enter your own cap size in the instructions box below.
- If you forget to do that, please don't worry, we check all specifications before we start creating your wig and we will be in touch if any details are not clear. Below are the industry standard cap sizes we offer, but, you can enter your own.
The lace based parting is flatter than the silk base, the hand tied lace also gives a "scalp" like look to your parting. The Silk Based Parting is a fuller volume parting and has a more smoother scalp-like look when parted.
Wig Hair Volume
130% density is the industry standard for a natural looking wig, this is approx 2 wefts + the closure. However, we can double the volume of the wig by doubling the wefts to 4 wefts + a closure, so for a super thick, fuller volume wig, choose 260% density when placing your order.
For wigs to fit well and comfortably, an elasticated velcro strap is inserted from ear to ear around the back. This comes as standard with our 260% density wigs, and allows you to loosen or tighten your wig when required. However, if you feel you do not need the strap once you have tried on your wig, you can simply fasten them back in using the velcro.
These do not come as standard on the wigs because the velcro strap does all of the securing work, however, you can request them in your instructions. Please state where you would like them placed or send in a picture of the inner of your current wig.
